Mafia: The game of Survival (Russian: Мафия: Игра на выживание) is a 2016 Russian science fiction action filmdirected by Sarik Andreasyan and written by Andrei Gavrilov. It was inspired by a popular party game Mafia. The movie was released in Russia on January 1, 2016.

Moscow, 2072. Twelve contestants, each with their own story and motives, play a televised game of Mafia. Those eliminated must enter a virtual reality to conquer their worst fear - or die trying.
